{inspiration: polished glamour}

Have always adored the polished glamour of mirrors, especially when combined with metal, as with this stunning set of gold nested bedside tables . . .

. . . this pretty mirrored shoe display

. . . & beautifully ornate coffee table

love this look! I just finished painting a book shelf silver with faux tarnished and adding mirror tiles on top and shelf to try to create similar feel...looks great with the rooms black & white foundation and the hot pink and/or electric blue linens and other accents I switch in and out!

When it comes to gold, I prefer a minimal touch (like in the bedroom in the first pix). Not too gaudy (like in that ornate blue and gold wall paper in the bottom pix).
