{when november leaves drop in sudden gusts . . .}

. . . october whirled by as if in a dream, and after a busy week -- a laptap always present and a blackberry happily humming with new and overflowing messages -- wonderful to have a carefree weekend of dinner reservations and deliriously lovely late starts . . .

{hope you had a happy + fun halloween and a beautiful weekend}

. . . soon it will be time for frost-painted leaves, warm wool blankets and cozy nights by flickering fires -- and while sad to see the golden shades of october and autumn go, always new adventures to look forward to in the days ahead . . .

happy november + wishing you a wonderful new week,
xo

Still enjoying autumn to bits here!

The warm extended hands in the second image - delightfully romantic...

Oh, this reminds me how much I would like to step into a bpat and escape to the sea for the day on an iced winter morning! Cozy editorial. I love the pearl and knit combination. I also love the unexpected combination of golden browns and soft pewter gray.

Sounds wonderful, looks wonderful, summer is coming up soon for us here in the southern hemisphere... I'll keep this idea for next year :) I'll make sure my home has a fireplace too...

I'd love to snuggle up to that warm coat, but it's never winter here and I'd bake. Still, I might be worth a try.

The pictures are excellent. Thanks
