good morning! a wonderfully late start & a brand new week and as it goes, next to white floorboards and french doors, rooms flooded in sunlight seem to be just the thing to weather winter beautifully; a few bright bouquets or a gathering of flowering plants and everything begins to feel like spring . . .{p.s.} stunning transparent butterfly

oh, martha. sigh! :) xo!
SUCH a gorgeous picture!
There's something I love so much about growing lemons in the winter. This beautiful picture reminds me of that. They seem to do well indoors.
Sunny conservatories filled with fragrant blossoms and citrus colors never fail to rejuvenate the winter-weary spirit...
I am such a fan of standards in pots these days...

Beautiful!!!! So uplifting and bright!! :)
Love the sunlight ~ can't live without it really! The lemon tree is perfect for weathering the winter. The transluscent butterfly ~ that's incredible. I've never seen one like that. Beautiful!

Makes me want to sit in this space with spring flowers and a good book tuning out the rest of the world. Very inviting space.
It is all that light! I so crave it after a few very dark and gray weeks here in Seattle. The butterfly looks like glass art. Amazing! Happy week! Mon
white floorboards make my day, they change the room dramatically and make it look so light and vibrant!
White floorboards and French doors...really, is there anything more to life?
I love Meyer lemons!
