{party inspiration: summertime martinis}

. . . already imagining leisurely sipping fizzy drinks poolside, but for now, inspired by the idea of creating a rustic italian martini bar for summertime guests with crisp white linens, antique glassware and charmingly tarnished sterling silver bowls of ice . . .

Love the martini bar, my goodness, might just have to add martinis to the weekend barbecue. No vermouth please, and thank you! Clink, clink!

Thanks for this. I am throwing a bridal shower in a couple of months and now I have what my martini bar will look like.

That looks fantastic, and I'm not even a drinker. So classy looking.

loves it! - can't pass up a martini - i have mint growing like wild flowers in my front yard (apparently all u need to do is plant 1 lil plant and it just decides to grow everywhere) so lots of mojitos this summer!! (not complaining)

What a brilliant martini bar idea. The simplicity and fresh allure of the setup is perfection! (and "sipping fizzy drinks poolside" sounds like perfection too... :) Have a lovely Thursday!
