. . . keep coming back again & again to this stunning chaise -- the watery hue and luxurious sheen . . . what is it about tufted velvet that captivates so?

Hello, darling!

I adore your blog, as always♥

That chaise lounge is gorgeous. I love the other two posts you shared too! I agree that tufted velvet is stunning. I am also somewhat of a silk addict. :)

It's also the colour - somehow luxurious! Love the image of the birds, too.

The collection of silver-as-neutral throughout the room perfectly complements the chaise. I'd love the corner of my bedroom to look like that!

I love the combination of icy blue with grey. I painted my living room a color name Midnight Grey. It is supposed to be the color walls are when the moon shines through the window at midnight. Its a color that is either blue or grey depending on the light.

I have a chaise lounge that I call my "fainting couch" that needs re-covered. This post has inspired me to maybe use velvet as an option.

Also, thank you for sharing your wonderful blog! I recently started chronicling my own decorating journey and would love for everyone to share in the "madness" as I see it. www.sequinedsunsets.blogspot.com.

Happy Day!
