{two lovely things: secret gardens & on the terrace}

two lovely things
fleur-flowers

s-tumblr2

. . . late-spring rain and blustery breezes, and lately there are fallen petals everywhere -- between the cobblestones, and winter-worn fountains, on boxwood hedges and in secret gardens -- and the scent of freshly picked roses in etched glass vases and beautiful bouquets of lilies of the valley are enough to make one wish for every morning on the terrace . . .

......................................................................................................

{p.s.} recent two lovely things:
* green & white
* open shelves & elegant black
* bar carts & blossoms

* books & bouquets
* a paris apartment & hermès

Ah... and two of my favorite things! I know this garden from my mind's eye ---old photos of this rose-covered arch are kicking about the studio somewhere--- my dreams and work-day inspiration are woven from such things.
Roséline, I love that you combine so many artistic elements with such an artful hand, to create an endless visual feast.
Awaiting the bloom of the first rose outside my Secret Garden door...
Always, xo Michaela
